Terms & Conditions

Urban Drive Limousine is a UAE-based premium chauffeur and limousine booking platform. Customers can request private transfers, airport rides, city-to-city travel, city tours, hourly hire, and desert safari experiences through our website. Bookings may be fulfilled by our fleet or by verified partner companies and chauffeurs working with us.

All prices on the website are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) only.

Through Urban Drive Limousine you may book:

• Private Transfer: Door-to-door point-to-point chauffeur transfers.
• Airport Rides: Airport pickup/drop-off with meet & greet options where selected.
• City to City: Intercity chauffeur travel on selected routes.
• Hourly Hire: Vehicle and chauffeur booked by the hour.
• City Tour: Private sightseeing with flexible stops.
• Desert Safari: Premium desert experiences with suitable vehicles and chauffeurs.

Optional extras (such as child seats, meet & greet name boards, or additional stops) may be offered at checkout and charged as shown before you confirm.

Vehicle class images and model names are examples of the category. The exact vehicle may vary while remaining in the same class standard, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

A booking request is submitted when you complete the booking steps and confirm payment (or select an allowed offline method such as cash, where enabled). You will receive a booking reference and confirmation details by email/SMS where contact details are valid.

• Quote amounts are estimates based on the route, duration, vehicle class, extras, and taxes shown at checkout.
• Waiting time, route changes, extra stops, or no-shows may change the final fare according to our booking conditions.
• Airport bookings should include correct flight details when requested so we can plan meet & greet and waiting time.
• We may reassign a booking to a partner company or chauffeur to fulfil the trip. Your trip details are shared only as needed to provide the service.
• We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or incomplete.

All displayed prices are in AED and may include applicable VAT as shown on the booking summary. Payment methods available at checkout may include:

• Cash / bank transfer — payable as instructed for your booking (where enabled).
• Card (Stripe) — charged securely through Stripe at confirmation.
• PayPal — PayPal balance or card via PayPal (where enabled).

Online card and PayPal payments are processed by those providers. Urban Drive Limousine does not store full card numbers on its servers. Failed, incomplete, or disputed payments may result in the booking remaining unpaid or being cancelled.

Cancellation and refund rules are set out on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page. In summary:

• Scheduled bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup are generally eligible for a free cancellation / refund of prepaid amounts, subject to payment-provider timelines.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes after the chauffeur is en route may be non-refundable or partially charged.
• If we cannot fulfil your booking, we will cancel it and refund any prepaid amount for that booking.

We aim to provide reliable chauffeur services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes, force majeure, or passenger lateness.
• Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
• We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment gateways, or partner systems beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Customer accounts, driver/partner registrations, and booking-company portals are for authorised use only. You must keep login credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or breach these Terms.

Partner companies and chauffeurs must maintain valid licences, insurance, and vehicle standards required under UAE regulations and any agreement with Urban Drive Limousine.

You may delete your customer account at any time from the Urban Drive app (Profile → Delete account). The account is banned immediately, you are signed out, and personal data is permanently removed within 48 hours.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms for new bookings.
