- Flight number, meet & greet name, extra stops, and other booking notes you provide
- Messages sent through our contact form or email
Trip & account data
- Service type (transfer, airport, hourly, city tour, desert safari, etc.)
- Vehicle class, extras, date/time, passengers, and fare breakdown in AED
- Booking reference, status, and history for logged-in users
- Partner / driver company profile details if you register as a partner
Payment records
- Payment method chosen (cash, Stripe card, or PayPal)
- Payment status and gateway reference (for example PaymentIntent or PayPal order ID)
- We do not store full card numbers on our servers
Technical data
- Browser type, device, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP
- Cookies / session data needed to keep you logged in and complete bookings
- Basic analytics about page visits to improve the website
How We Use Your Information
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. Their own privacy policies apply to data they process as payment controllers/processors. Cash and bank-transfer bookings may require you to share payment proof with us for confirmation.
How Long We Keep Data
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet accounting or legal requirements in the UAE. Account data is kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards if needed for security or records.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Urban Drive account from the mobile app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing info@urbandrivelimousine.com.
When you request deletion, you are signed out immediately and the account is banned. You cannot log in or create a new account with the same email while deletion is in progress. Your profile, bookings, and related personal data are permanently deleted within 48 hours.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, and secure hosting practices) to protect personal data. No online system is 100% secure; please keep your passwords confidential and use strong passwords for accounts.
Your Rights
Subject to UAE law, you may request to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate details
- Delete data that we no longer need to keep
- Object to certain processing, where applicable
